The Comic Shop wants to provide you with the very best service and products we possibly can. We accept returns on most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by The Comic Shop within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of an error from The Comic Shop (incorrect item, defective, etc.) we will pay return shipping as well.
A few important details:
- You are responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was an error made by The Comic Shop (wrong item, or defective). In this instance, the cost of the shipping will be included in your refund.
- Items must be in their original packaging, unopened (shrink wrap intact, packages sealed, etc.).
- Refunds are not issued on return shipments that are not received. For this reason, we recommend insuring your package when you send it.
Here is the process for returns:

3. Take the package to the shipper you will use. We recommend Fed Ex or UPS, but the Post Office is an option as well.
4.When we receive you return, we will email you confirmation and process the refund or exchange. Your credit card will be refunded, please note that the funds can take up to 5 business days to post on your account.
